RetroHaus Return & Refund Policy

At RetroHaus, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.





Eligibility for Returns



  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Custom, made-to-order, clearance, or “final sale” items are non-returnable.






Return Process



  1. Contact Us: With your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  4. Inspection: Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status.






Refunds



  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), you’ll receive a full refund, including shipping costs.






Damaged or Defective Items



If your order arrives damaged or defective:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.






Exchanges



We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
